At Meowianshop.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process to ensure peace of mind when shopping with us.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging intact.
  • Original receipts or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • All tags and labels must remain attached.

Items returned with signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
  • Custom doll

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  1. We will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
  2. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days, but may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note: Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The return has been pre-approved by our support team under a special case.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Meowianshop.com is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

Exchanges

We currently not allow exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (subject to stock availability). If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.

International Returns

For international customers, please note:

  • Return shipping fees, import duties, and customs charges are the buyerโ€™s responsibility.
  • If a package is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs.
