Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging intact.
- Original receipts or proof of purchase must be provided.
- All tags and labels must remain attached.
Items returned with signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards and store credits
- Personalized or customized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
- Custom doll
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:
- We will send you an email notification confirming receipt.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5-7 business days, but may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The return has been pre-approved by our support team under a special case.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Meowianshop.com is not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.
Exchanges
We currently not allow exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (subject to stock availability). If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed instead.
International Returns
For international customers, please note:
- Return shipping fees, import duties, and customs charges are the buyerโs responsibility.
- If a package is refused at customs or returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, we cannot issue a refund for shipping costs.
